We offer veneers as part of our range of cosmetic dentistry treatments.
What are veneers?
As a cosmetic treatment, veneers cover just the front part of the tooth, mimicking the size, shape, and colour of natural teeth. You can choose the shade of your veneers so that they either match your natural teeth or appear lighter and brighter.
What are veneers made of?
Veneers are made of porcelain. This durable material reflects light in the same way as natural teeth, leaving you with a very natural-looking smile. It’s also fairly stain-resistant, so your smile will shine brighter for longer.
What can I expect when getting veneers?
We will have to remove the outer layer of your tooth enamel, which changes the shape and structure of your teeth in order to fit the veneers, so you should expect a little discomfort at first. This is also a permanent, irreversible procedure.
How do I care for my veneers?
Veneers require the same care and treatment as your natural teeth. Brushing for two minutes twice daily, regular flossing, and regular dental check-ups should keep your veneers looking good for years.
